Having joined the NJIT staff before the 2004 season, Daniel brought seven years of club coaching experience, as well as an international professional playing background with him to NJIT.

He received a BS degree in management science and information systems from Rutgers in 1996, before playing five years of professional soccer, including two seasons with New Jersey-based teams, as well as teams in Slovakia and Israel. He owns a United State Soccer Federation "C" coaching license.

A native of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Daniel is a litigation analyst for AEGIS Insurance Services. He resides in Hoboken, NJ
