Three School Records Fall, as NJIT Beats Pace, 101-84

PLEASANTVILLE, NY - Two individual New Jersey Institute of Technology men's swimming school records fell, along with a relay record and the Highlanders defeated Pace, 101-84, Sunday.

The win lifts NJIT to 3-1 on the season, as NJIT set new standards in the 200-yard medley relay (1:46.85; Steve Schreyer, Ed Lui, Hayk Ekshian and Marc Ubaldi), as well as in the 200-yard individual medley (2:08.46; Ubaldi) and the 100-yard butterfly (56,24; Ekshian).

Schreyer won the 50-yard freestyle (23.86) and the 100-yard freestyle (53.53), while Ubaldi took first in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:04.75).

NJIT will visit Montclair State on Tuesday in a 6 pm start.
