QUEENS, NY - Ana Ossa set the New Jersey Institute of Technology school record in the 500-yard freestyle (5:34.87), but host Queens prevailed in the team score, 95-71, in women’s swimming Friday night.
Ossa also teamed with Lauren Thompson, Meagan Hopper and Alaine Fairweather for the best time in the 200-yard freestyle relay.
Next up for NJIT is the Metropolitan Conference Championship meet Friday through Sunday.
